Introduction
With Standing Seam profiles we can simulate the appearance of a Standing Seam or Lead Rolled Roof using Single Ply membrane. The Single Ply alternative avoids the weight and expense of aluminum, zinc, copper or lead and the heavy duty roof structure required to support them. The raised profiles are welded directly onto the membrane after it has been laid, allowing for a quick and easy installation which allows our clients to specify the spacing between the profiles and avoids a change of material which can always create a potential weak-spot in an installation.
Vertical Standing Seam
The Standing Seam profiles can also be welded to any vertical using the same technique. The flexibility of the Single Ply product allows plantrooms and other features to be dressed entirely with Single Ply membrane, which again avoids a change of material, and then can be finished with a decorative profile effect.
