Introduction
There is a duty placed on employers to provide safe access to roof areas usually for general maintenance, structural checks or plant access. As an alternative to Guardrail systems, which can often ruin the aesthetics of a finished building, we are licensed to supply and install Latchways Mansafe systems. The system is simple to use, and allows an end user to attach onto the cabled system fixed to the roof whilst remaining protected from the fall. In addition to standard exposed Single Ply membrane roofs, we are also able to install these systems on green or ballasted roofs.
System Design
All of our Mansafe systems are designed in conjunction with the manufacturers, Latchways who will design a bespoke system for your requirements (adopting the liability for the design). We are able to produce detailed designs on existing / proposed roofplans for your review.

		Installation
		The simplicity of the fixing details allows for a quick and easy installation. Our staff are trained and licensed for both their installation and weathering to. Full installation details are available on the manufacturers website.
		Weathering
		All of the posts come pre-coated with PVC which allows us to directly weld our membrane to them. The Constant Force posts are approved for installation by the membrane manufactures and does not invalidate any applicable product warranties.
